Our Chalet is located in Cranmore Shores on a cove with a private beach . Ideal for ice fishing and family ice hockey games on our private cove . Minutes away from Skiing at king Pine or Cranmore mountain . Snow mobile trails within walking distance. Enjoy nature from our large upper deck or the lower screened in porch and campfires on the beach. The area is quite, peaceful and serene. In th summer enjoy swimming from the raft in pristine spring fed waters. Great fishing! Small and large mouth bass are plentiful. The property has a paddleboat,canoe 2 kayaks and a private raft . Plenty of board games and corn hole set. The property is minutes to tax free outlet shopping, first class restaurants, white water rafting, skiing, waterparks and story land. We are also a stone throw away from the Kancamagus highway. Yes we supply all linens. Summer months we only rent weekly Saturday- Saturday.

Summary: Overall, we had a nice time during our visit and enjoyed ourselves on the property and at all the nearby attractions. We had some confusion over the key code upon arriving -- the check-in email had the wrong code and incomplete instructions about what to push, as well as some other information that said one thing one place and something else elsewhere. The hosts were helpful in sorting all that out, however. The property was clean and the backyard was lovely. Access to pond was disappointing for my kids in terms of being able to actually go in the water (it is not swimmable there or even really a place you'd want to wade), but the beach down the street made up for it -- lovely little spot! Didn't realize the house was right on the edge of a busy road, or that there were multiple neighbors close by, both of which were a bit disappointing. That said, we enjoyed ourselves and found the hosts to be easy and pleasant to communicate with, and you can't beat the location in terms of proximity to North Conway and other area attractions. Thanks for hosting us!

Summary: The small quaint rustic cabin was suitable for me and my family. Overall place was exactly as described. Some appliance updates would be beneficial towards future renters.

Summary: Some friends and I came up to the area to go to a couple local mountains and had an absolute blast. The place is very nice and cozy, as well as clean and offering basically whatever you need for your stay. The hosts were gracious and communicative and even left us some s’mores stuff!
